The aim of Bushypark Treatment Centre is to provide quality treatment in a therapeutic environment for people addicted to alcohol, drugs (prescribed and illicit), and gambling. This is done with the goal of assisting the client to attain full recovery using the Biopsychosocial Model of treatment.

Programme is open to all over 18 years of age.

The aim is also to enable clients make positive changes in their own lives through a holistic treatment programme working with the mental, physical, spiritual and emotional aspects of the person.
In addition, our aim is to support the family member to receive support and to gain an understanding of the nature of the disease of addiction and the consequences of same. We involve families at all stages of the process.

Within this value system we treat each client individually and respect where they are at in their lives. We treat them all equally. We respect each of them, help them to realise the difference between them as people and their addictive behaviour in a non-judgemental manner. We validate their positive aspects and assist them to build up their self-confidence and self-esteem thereby assisting them to achieve their full potential.

We empower clients and their family members to make decisions that will have a positive effect on their lives. We believe that the Client is central in all our work.

The aim of the centre is to continue to review and evaluate the therapy programmes and the overall work of the centre using a Quality Framework.
